It gave me a rash all over my body. It itches and burns and my body felt like it was on fire! It gave me hives in various places. I grew up using Irish spring so no way should an 8$ bar of soap do me like this!! I was not expecting this as a possibility. I wish it were on the package because I've seen many reviews saying the same! I only looked them up after I was itchy to make sure I wasn't tripping. And I'm not!

I love the bar soaps. I have mine in an attachment scrubber that gives a good buff to my skin and suds up really good. Lush Coconut is the best, currently trying Sandalwood which is doing a great job, Cedar Sport will be next which all things considered, is going to be another to knock it out of the park with.

Makes me burn a little, I have sensitive skin. Also does not have the clean feeling that the liquid coconut has. No smell either or some kind of weird smell. Definitely not lush coconut smell.

This soap caused a nasty rash under my arms. As stated by other reviewers it can cause a dry, painful, irritating, itchy, bumpy rash in certain parts of your body / skin.

Switching from Dr. Squatch because it's basically the same ingredients other than fragrances Dr. squash uses natural fragrances, but you get a better smell with the chemicals anyways and it's double the size for only a dollar more, it being way bigger be careful dropping it on your foot or toe

I think I've found my new favorite brand. Nice lather and great smell. I got the Lush Coconut bundle. Came with shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, antiperspirant deodorant and a bar of soap. I'm impressed! Clean finish with no residue and I smelled good all day. Great product at a good price point.

Yup, the coconut fragrance does not translate onto the skin because the coconut is a main moisturizer, not for smell. Not sure why the 1 star reviews talk about this soap triggering rashes. The glycerine, which is what gives that silky feel, should prevent absorbtion of the other ingredients, but a very few of the countless users may get triggered due to other unknown catalysts. Those few are trying to warn the world with a 1-star story from the depths. It also happens with coffee, TP and sunlight, so chalk it up to that. This soap ROCKS in my book.
