Before any unnecessary worry, allow us to emphasize that Significant-Amount here means that 1 in 100,000 individuals exposed to this chemical for over 70-years would acquire cancer. In other words, a person exposed to the chemical at the No-Significant-Risk-Level for 70 years would not have more than a 1 in 100,000 chance of developing cancer.
