[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this with the the toothpaste and it’s been working great, I have super sensitive teeth and my gums bleed occasionally from brushing and between the mouth wash and the toothpaste it’s definitely helped a lot. The mint wasn’t too strong of a flavor like listerine. Not that expensive in store either!

The only thing that was kind of odd was the cap is only labeled for 10mL when the recommended amount is 20mL. So you have to measure it out twice and attempt to put it in your mouth twice before swishing, which is difficult for a person like me, who has a small mouth.
