Brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, and not more than 3 times a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing. To minimize swallowing for children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount and supervise brushing and rinsing until good habits are established.Children Under 2 Years of Age

I had no problems with my gums UNTIL I started using this horrible excuse for a toothpaste!!! Now, even as I’m typing this, my gums are throbbing in pain!! I cannot believe how awful this stuff is! I’m kicking myself for even believing the glowing reviews and deciding to try it… Not only did it do more harm than good, it is NOT breath-freshening at all! My mouth and teeth have felt dirty since I used it…ONCE btw!! Used it once and my gums are in so much pain! Just don’t do it…you will regret using it!

Overall it did give a boost in helping counteract morning/coffee breath but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the texture. It was a bit too gritty for my liking despite enjoying the slight mint flavor! The packaging is easy to handle and a good amount of product squeezes out. I would recommend to those struggling with bleeding gums due to bacteria or inflammation since it provides a very deep clean. If the texture isn’t an issue with having to rinse more than normal, then I think this is a great fit! Thank you!

This toothpaste formula was fine, but the issue I had was the product design of the bottle. Unless you store it perfectly upright, it created a mess every time you unscrewed the cap. I didn’t finish it because the packaging was so annoying.
