Partake Gluten Free Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies - 5.5oz

These used to be GUT FRIENDLY! They DESTROYED their cookies with fillers like Xanthan gum and Konjac Gum - which are VERY difficult to digest, cause gas, diarrhea, and overall digestive distress. THANKS FOR DESTROYING WHAT WAS ONCE A PLEASURE!!!

These cookies are my favorite! Love the toasty crunch.

The packaging is what hooked me. Unfortunately, these were the worst chocolate chip gf cookies I have ever tasted. They have a mealy like texture and a perfume aftertaste.

The box of cookies was supposed to contain 15 cookies but there was only 12 in the box. Very pricy to have missing cookies.

I’ll no longer be able to “partake” now that they’ve added rice to the recipe. I’m incredibly disappointed that a company that is supposed to be so dedicated to being allergy friendly would change their recipe without making the change known on their packaging. I’ve never had another company add one of my intolerances/allergies to a product before, but something told me to double check the ingredient list. Thank goodness I had only chewed once and was able to spit it out. Otherwise I’d be missing work tomorrow.

I've been missing crunchy chocolate chip cookies and luckily found these. I'm pre-diabetic and read labels. Crunchy and no aftertaste. Yippie.

I genuinely don’t understand How these have so many good reviews. They are AWFUL. I couldn’t even chew a bite I had to spit it out. They taste terrible.

This is really Gluten free you can tell,I don't know what's in them,that after eating 3 cookies I started sneezing and releasing a bunch of mucus and then my nostrils cleaned up and started breathing much much better for Hours,it tastes a tiny bit spice that's what I experienced,it's a good cookie for people looking for an specific product,we know what to expect,it will be great whiteout sunflower oil! Good cookie great experience but not for me!

i happened to come across these while shopping and now we're obsessed! my husband has every allergy you can think of (peanut, tree nuts, shellfish, etc.) and i would feel terrible when i wanted a snack he couldn't have. now we have a delicious snack we can both enjoy!

Not sure what's going on but as of late this cookie taste like perfume, I thought maybe it was the store I bought it from so I went to a totally different location. With no luck, the cookies still had a strong perfumery odor when I opened them. And upon taking a bite it tasted like cheap perfume. I had to toss them out. I am not sure if its a recipe change or a bad batch but needless to say disappointing.

These claim to be dairy free. But that’s not the case here with these. The chocolate chip on the cookie still contain milk lactose. There’s cocoa butter, which still contains milk. I had tried these recently & I had diarrhea right after due to my lactose milk allergy. Not recommended at all .

While the field of Gluten Free food producers still has a long way to go in terms of attempting to make their food appealing to its target customers, there actually are a few who care enough to do and do it well! This cookie maker does not. It's as if it's ok to make a dry, sandy & tasteless experience designed to look like a cookie and then charge a higher price for it due to the specialty diet price point, AND somehow that's ok. Enough positive reviews and you're in to force them on your GF kids. I had 2 of these cookies (the 2nd I dunked in coffee to attempt resuscitation but there was no hope, it was still awful and somehow still mealy & dry in my mouth?) before pawning them off on my adult son who lives in a house with 4 other young men his age, mid- to late- 20's - all active, fit& health conscious.The cookies were a hard sell even for those boys. This was an epic fail and a hard pass for me. Food producers need to do better to please GF and all specialty diets.

I don’t care for the taste. I thought they were past their expiration date but then checked the box and they’re not expired. Funny taste. Not sure what ingredient causes this.

My husband brought home a box as part of a promotion at Tom Thumb Grocery store. The chocolate chips are tasty however the cookie left me feeling confused. The cookie had a gentle crumble that was satisfying to nibble but the flavor of the cookie was too sunflower oil forward. It left a sting in the back of my throat and the depth of flavor was one dimensional like eating dirt. I bet it must be challenging to make an allergen free cookie so this is quite a courageous endeavor. I think with time this could be a cookie worth eating and not just a product to fill a void.

Very gross and disgusting taste, tastes like chickpeas for some reason and crumbles everywhere would not recommend at all!

I decided to try these and as some of the reviews stated they do taste stale even though they are not expired. I recommend the highkey brand which is made with almond flour. They are way yummier.

I was really looking forward to trying these cookies, but I'm disappointed because they have a chemical taste.
