I really like the cage, but when we were putting it together 2 of the plastic clamps that holds cage to bottom broke off. Also it is a little hard to clean the shelves. You might want to think of changing the style so they slide out to clean.

Okay so let me just start off by saying I LOVE how deep the bin is once you remove the trays. My female rats love to burrow and dig so the bottom is better then any cage I've seen with 1/2 in bar spacing and the size. It's easy to assemble but I would advise you have someone to help you. It's super tall, wide, has wheels so it's easy to move around. The top of the cage has a door so you can make it taller with another cage. I have nothing bad to say! Super happy and so are my rats!

Best cage I've used for my rabbits so far.It doesn't have a lot of room for them to move around the way a bunny should but I've compensated for that with a HUGE play pen. If I need to get around easier I set it up in a circle around their cage. Other times I have it set up as a wall to block off half my living room giving them so much room to run around.I have really bad ADHD so taking care of their litter box every few days has always been a challenge for me and this cage has made that process so much easier. The grated flooring at the bottom is two pieces and to avoid needing to clean those I left one of them out. The bunnies can sit directly on their litter and this way they get to ¡°dig" the way most bunnies like to. They push the dirty litter under the side with the grated floor and dig out the fresh litter. So when I go to clean it about every week it's a breeze. The litter drawer is very wide and deep enough that I can pull it out and dump.They have ZERO grip to go up the ramps. SOLUTION: using a $2.00 fleece blanket I got from Walmart I cut it into rectangles larger then the ramps, cut slits around all 4 edges and then tied them together around the ramp to secure them. (Similar process to those diy blankets made from two fleece blankets)The shelves aren't the most secure things. THEY HAVENT FALLEN but they aren't straight. Also, I wish I went with the shorter cage since they have only ever gone up to the 3rd/4th shelf but I have a plan to trade out some of the small plastic shelves at the top and make a larger one from wood toward the top giving them more room to lay down.If this company can make a similar cage but larger width I would highly recommend this to anyone with rabbits. But right now I can only recommend it to any other small pet owners or people who can have their rabbit(s) roam out of the cage VERY FREQUENTLY.Over all great cage, FAST shipping, great price, easy to assemble. The cage is very well-made it was easy to put together and the chinchillas seem to be very comfortable in it. The casters make it so much easier to move them from room to room when it gets warm I have to move them into a cooler area

PawHut knows what they are doing, man. This cage was easy to put together and feels sturdy thanks to some extra plastic pieces that help the wired walls sit securely. (If your chinchilla has any large items put them in the cage before you put it together i.e. a wheel). My chinchilla came with a Kaytee cage and I've been looking to upgrade for a few months... I'm so glad I did and that I picked this cage. This cage is 100% the best for value/quality. My other chin has a $350-$400 cage and I'm strongly considering "upgrading" to one of these for her, too. This makes a perfect chinchilla cage for these reasons: solid bottom door that opens down so there are no scary gaps in bars for the chins to break their little legs, it's tall and has removeable ladders to give optimal hopping and climbing space, removeable bottom grate, and four large openings. The top doors both open to the side and there is a door on the very top of the cage. In the picture you'll see I taped a piece of blue paper to the outside of the bottom door just so I don't accidentally step on it during play time. I'm also excited about the pull out tray for cleaning. I left out the ladders and the grate on the bottom but both appeared to be great quality. So far Chuck likes his new domain!

We bought this cage for our two bunnies. Everything about this cage is great. Well made, easy to assemble, and most importantly the bunnies seem to love it. We find them on various levels all the time. Easy to clean out as well. It was also bigger and cheaper than similar models we looked at. I would definitely recommend this cage!

After buying a different one from amazon & sending it back because it was awful, it was great to get this one. It's very sturdy, our bunny does parkour & it doesn't even rattle LOL 100% recommend this for any small pet.

I looked everywhere for the best home for our two sugar gliders, and this is everything I thought it would be. They love it! The bar spacing is perfect. It is safe!

PLEASE buy this cage or larger for your hamsters! They require so much space. As for this cage, I'd buy again. It's large, very convenient to clean. Assembly took a while but really pretty easy. The whole unit is sturdy although as you see in my picture of the door, be careful to inspect the whole cage for loose spots if your pet is small. All pieces are thick and sturdy, extremely happy to see that. Love this cage.

Well I am very happy with the amount of space this will provide for my 2 dwarf baby rabbits. It seemed to be packaged nicely but the bottom left tray was damaged and pushed in. I was able to pull it out with some difficulty but there is some damage to the plastic that I hope won't be an issue. The lid was also a bit loose as the metal latches are bent upwards but I used the accompanying clips and if needed will add some zip ties to make it more secure. So far my baby bunnies love zooming up and down the ramps and they took to it like the little champs they are. They like to sleep up high and the platforms are big enough to stretch out on and snuggling together. I didn

This is a great habitat for any of your furry little love ones! It took a few days of training then to use the ramps. But other then that this is great! Easy assembly, great accent to a room instead of an eyesore.

I love the cage so much better for my chinchillas and easy to put together.

I'm using this for an african grey parrot with mobility issues. The bar spacing is 5/8" and all four sides have horizontal bars. It is possible to squeeze the bars so I would not recommend this cage for a bird that is hard on their cages. Also, the coating is more of an enamel than powder coating so if you have an animal that likes to chew the bars you may want to research this finish more carefully. My girl is pretty gentle so this is going to be ok for her. She has been in Hagen rabbit cages and I would say this cage is significantly stronger than those. Also there are no plugs for the tops of the tubing on the corners so will need to buy something to avoid open holes and sharp edges. Like others have reported, the box was really broken up. One screw was loose in the box and the rest were in a small ziplock bag that was just loose also. It is a miracle that the hardware was all still in the box. Definitely the easiest cage I have ever put together.

I was actually pretty impressed by these chairs! They were a decent price and very easy to put together. You just put the legs on with the small tool and screws it comes with. No extra tools needed! Just make sure you put the legs on the correct way and don't tighten your screws all the way down until they are all in place. The chairs are nice looking and the fabric is soft. I would definitely purchase again!JUST FYI: The legs and screws are underneath the black velcro material UNDER the bottom of the chairs when they arrive. Just pull the material up from the side and you will find them. When I opened the box, I thought the legs were missing until I read the directions.
