I was very pleased with the speed of receiving my order. Quality is good, however the connectors took some pressure and persistence to get them firmly connected

The speedbag mount (the actual pipe rather than the spring) broke within a few minutes. The base also leaks if you fill it with water above about 3/4 (I would recommend sand anyways for added weight). At least there was a full refund after you ship it back to them (you pay for shipping freight).

Very easy to assemble. It's not hard if your dog hits it. Don't leave it out in yard with dogs that heavy chewers or mischievous dogs.

It seems to come apart while I am training the dog. I have to keep putting it back together. I like it when it does stay together.
