I gave the crate two stars because it is built very well. However, there is a strong chemical smell coming from the tray at the bottom of the crate. We tried washing it several times and the smell remained. We definitely do not feel comfortable putting our furry family member in this crate or having it in our home.

This is the Rolls Royce of dog cages! Strong, sturdy and spacious. Door is a good size with added advantage of hinged opening top! Can be wheeled where needed , or to hoover underneath. Very impressed with product, service and price.
