Sent me two pillows and refused to refund me until I sent them back. The box they came in was clearly marked pillows and was much smaller and weighed less than a comforter of this size. Plus, the shipping weight was significantly less than the comforter which was documented when the item was shipped. I get that mistakes happen but this is the 5th time in a year where I was shipped the wrong thing or an item was missing multiple parts (target also shipped me a chair with a missing back and a missing side???) and then has asked that I return it on my own time and dime while not even offering a $5 gift card to say “sorry for the inconvenience.”
