A: We use this type of stool as a prize with the seat covered with a fabric. I feel that there are other stools by different manufacturers that are better to use for covering the seat.

This stool feels sturdy but the tradeoff is it doesn’t fold back at all. Don’t know if mine is broken or how strong everyone else is but I cannot fold this thing. I needed it to travel with frequently and now it’s a total pain.

Bought this for yoga practice. Vinyl was too thin that it torn on my way home. I had scrap cloth that I was able to use to cover it up and it looks great. Hard to open and close but just press the silver button while folding/ opening it up.

I needed a folding stool for my foster kittens feeding station and bought this in store. It serves it's purpose and is comfortable enough (I'm 5'4" & 105lbs). My largest cat (18 lbs) loves to sit on it when I'm not using it and the material is in perfect condition (no scratches/rips/holes). The one I bought doesn't fold easily but it's good for the price.

For the price, this is a great stool, depending on how you plan to use it. I would not recommend it for sitting on for long, as the seat is hard and small, so it’s not very comfortable, but it’s lightweight & folds away into a small place, so it’s great as an extra stool for occasional use, or for a mobile photo studio or musician. If I were planning to use it more regularly, I would add more padding to the seat. It folds away easily if you press the silver button at the top of one leg and then pull up on the seat (don’t press the legs together). I’ve had two of these for 18 months of occasional use with no problem, very sturdy & still look new.

If you have back issues like scoliosis, don’t use it if you felt uncomfortable with sitting on it too long to hard on your back issues. I used it to sit and doing puzzles and diamond arts until my back got sore more, so I had to stop using it :(

I have several nice stools throughout my kitchen island but when people congregate there and I need some extra seating, these are a great option to bring out from our cloest. I like that it folds up so takes little space. The only downside is these are not very comfortable and they don't have a backing so they are not easy to sit on for long periods of time and they are a little dangerous for kids as a few children have almost slipper/gotten off balance while on these chairs. Can't be beat for the price though to keep on hand as back up stools!

Not for long periods of sitting. After while your bottom will hurt and become very uncomfortable. When they say 200 lbs max, they mean it. I'm a little fluffier than 200, and it definitely broke after having used it for about a year. I didn't know about the chemicals in it, so I may be throwing my second stool away.
