Terrible - 1 month ago, Verified purchaser
Worst purchase I've ever made from target, the car fell apart slowly after a month, on the 3rd month the battery gave out and I had to buy a new one for 70$ I wanted to return it but having to haul this big car to the nearest target (1 hour) away didn't seem worth it. Now I regret that I didn't.

This is the most cheaply made vehicle. I had high hopes because we previously had the green tracker from peg perego and it held up well. This however is absolute trash. It literally falls apart as my daughter drives it, things fall off right and left. It's been garage kept and the battery already doesn't work, and it's been used very little due to the overall poor functionality of the vehicle. So upsetting for the price $400 is a lot for a family to pay and this was just so disappointing.

Purchased in 2022, a year and half later the battery just died. Other than that we’ve had no issues, it’s been great!! It works a lot better than the jeep we previously owned. We ordered new battery from Amazon and it’s back up and running with no issues! Would definitely recommend

It was great, while it worked. But about 2 months in the battery won’t charge so it’s useless and the return window is closed so an expensive loss.

We bought this model for Christmas 2020 and it’s just now starting to show wear after hundreds of hours of use. My kids love this car and have driven it into the ground. We have easily gotten our money’s worth with this ride on. I wouldn’t buy any other brand after my experience with this model. It’s very well made. Do yourself a favor and buy an extra battery and the faster charger adapter if you decide to purchase one of these. It’s very convenient to just swap out the batteries when the kids are riding for hours at a time.

The car did not run properly. The back wheels just spun. Maybe this would be a problem for larger children or if two ride.

We've had the polaris rzr for almost a year now without any issues. This Sunday there were two kids on it for about 20 minutes and suddenly smoke started pouring out from several places. Thank God I was walking right next to it and was able to pull them both off before they got hurt or the entire field caught on fire. I'm at a loss for words. I would have never imagined a child's toy catching on fire with no warning or malfunction.

I’m glad I purchased this despite the negative reviews. It wasn’t much harder to put together than any of the other kid stuff I’ve bought. We’ve had it for a year now and it still works great. My almost 7yo fits perfectly and even her 9yo friends fit in it. One thing to keep in mind is that these batteries, like most batteries, do not do well in extreme temperatures. If you want to ensure the life of the battery you should take it inside the house when not in use. I don’t screw mine down so it’s easy to just pull it out and take it inside, it takes all of 30 seconds to do. Another thing to be aware of with any ride-on is that if you push it from behind (whether it’s moving or stopped) it will strip the gears. The gears are on the back wheels, so if you need to move it, lift it from the red hook in the back so that only the front wheels are moving. It’s been a great ride-on, especially for bigger kids. In second gear it goes really fast, even with big kids weighing it down. A cool side note is that the battery compartment has enough room to fit a second battery so that you can have super long ride time without having to charge up. It was a great purchase and if you care for it properly it should give you years of fun.

So cheaply made! Wish I would’ve known this before I wasted money on it. It was so hard for my husband to put together and the pieces do not fit perfectly. The ‘lights’ fall off every time it gets driven. There’s no seatbelts. It’s just awful. Don’t waste your money.

Poor quality - 2 years ago, Verified purchaser
Not great quality. You have to assemble it all yourself which isn’t the worst thing. But parts just snap on and then end up falling off when being used. Worst of all, this thing is supposed to be a two wheel drive car. Three months into using it, one of the wheels just decided to stop driving. So now it’s a 1 wheel drive vehicle that can barely make it down our driveway.
