But that mixed in which the white chocolate is the topper! This is a good healthy snack. They were crumbled in the bag. So if I had to change anything it would be to have a more secure packaging surrounding the cookie.

Honestly, I barely got a picture of them because I opened the bag and ate them so fast before being able to take a picture for a review, ha. These taste so dang good. The coconut is light and the white chocolate is really sweet. Sweet but not overpowering. There is a crunch but they are also still kind of a softer biscuit- more like wafer texture. They are definitely not as hard as regular cookies. I can't exactly describe the taste but these were amazing and I plan to buy them moving forward.
