I will no longer buy chicken from Target ever again. 4 times in the past 6 months I’ve checked the temp. and it’s 55 degrees or higher. I don’t check it often as I buy my meat from another dependable store, so I can only imagine how many more times the temperature is unsafe that I haven’t checked. It’s colder outside than it is in their fridge. Super unsafe and so many people are gonna get food poisoning. This is shameful. The first time I told them, I came back the next day and they took everything out of the cold section. Every other time after that, they haven’t. Absolutely horrible.

Very strange meat. The chicken did not look right. Looked like meat I’ve seen posted on tik tok that looks fake/glued together/or lab created. Looked normal until I used my meat mallet and cut into it. It disintegrated and looked like small pieces of meat glued together or something. Very stringy and odd. Not anything like other chicken breasts I e bought before. I will not buy Purdue again.

Took Chicken breast today (02/07). Baked it till it achieved 170f which it could achieve after 28 mins at 450f but it wasn't baked and tasted like plastic. I had to throw it.

Not only is the chicken good. I have to say I love the quick drive up option from Target. My dog just had surgery and was sick. The vet told me to feed her chicken and rice. I was able to quickly pick it up and help my dog. Thank you Target.
