A: The package cooking instructions are as follows: thaw in sealed package under cold water for 30 minutes or until thawed. Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Add the chicken and spread in the pan into a single layer. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes while stirring throughout the cooking process for even doneness. Remove the chicken from the pan once an internal temperature of 165degrees Fahrenheit is reached.

Awful! Purchased this to save time, on trimming & dicing up for easy meal prep. Not only did it not save me time, it took longer to prep than a full chicken breast. It was pre-cut, but mostly chicken fat. Pieces are definitely not trimmed, and for the price it was not worth it. Will not purchase against.

Always tender cooks in 7 minutes on stove suggest u buy Weber zesty lemon seasoning as well. Perfect pairing.
