Cute design but looks cheap. At first it looks strong but upon further inspection, there were quite a few unfinished/unsanded splinter wood areas. It also make a huge cracking noise when I sat on one. Returned.

These stools are so cute, I have three at my kitchen island currently. they're comfortable to sit on and I think look just as nice as the expensive versions found at other retailers. The tops are not an actual rattan but more of like a synthetic or vinyl dupe but I still think they look nice and are more comfortable than typical rattan.

Stool is very good, looks and feels very high quality—identical to much higher end brands I’ve seen or purchased. It’s a true cream not bright white. Matches the Canton dining chair. If you don’t like rattan or wicker, you will likely not prefer this stool as it might feel flimsy to you. I’m not sure how durable it is (like all wicker IMO) but ours is for a very light use area and style-wise is what we needed. It’s very lightweight, but we are petite people so it works for us—I prefer the lightweight design as it’s less likely to scratch my new wood floor. I don’t think the lightweight affects the quality, it seems integral to the material and design. I recently ordered (and returned) a much heavier set of stools from a high end retailer and the quality was lower than these Target stairs. Overall I’d recommend. Arrived fully assembled.

I was trying to get these for MONTHS and was so excited when I was finally able to get two. They are well-made (so far holding up well to my littles who have a history of destroying the stools in our kitchen), are neutral and look much more expensive than they were.
