I bought this to wear on vacation. It is cute, lightweight and decent quality. The skirt is lined. The other reviews are correct. For me, the waist on the skirt ran small even with elastic . The top fit me but my chest is a 36DDD. You will have to alter it if you’re not larger chested. I am 5’3 165lbs size 10 and purchased the large.

This dress is super cute! Definitely had that costal vibe, which is why I bought it. I'm 5'1- 110ish, I bought the XS and the skirts waist fits perfectly, the length is a little long for my taste but doesn't drag on the floor. The top, because I have no boobs, has extra fabric but it can bunch together and it's doable. The color of the blue is more royal than deep navy (in my opinion) and the fabric- for the skirt, no issues. For the top, I do wish it was a little more sturdy for the price.
