The day this arrived it was hot, and I ripped it open because me and the dog were hanging outside. It took a little work to get him on it. First I had to lay on it myself and I definitely could tell the cooling was working. I didn't want to get up, but did and my dog loved it once he realized what it did.

The fabric is super soft and it feels cool to the touch. My black labradoodle is loving it. Ordered the medium size and he lays on it perfectly. I put it over his bed at night so he can keep extra cool.
