Q&A(7)

Q: How often should you use this- once a day, once a week? Do you just squirt it in the ear and let it roll out (using the cotton ball to slop it up?)

submitted by Kate - 5 years ago
  • A: squirt a little in the ea canal one at a time, then close the ear and massage it a little at the base of the ear, then let them shake it out and dry excess with a cotton ball

    submitted bybirdy1 - 5 years ago
  • A: Kate, We recommend using this once a day. Apply some liquid directly into the ear canal and wipe clean. If you have additional questions please call us at 1-888-908-8425.

Q: does it help for killing ear mites?

submitted by Ivan - 7 years ago
  • A: No, It’s an air wash for the maintenance of your pets ears. I know the mineral oil helps some other ear mites but I wouldn’t use it without the recommendation of your veterinarian
