I got this as a birthday gift sample. Let me just say this product did not disappoint. I have really dry skin especially in the winter and any other time its combo. I was recently in Canada, and I was so concerned about my makeup flaking because of how dry my skin was and no matter how much moisturizer from Dermalogica or La Roche Posay makeup was still flaking, even with primer. I even bought Mac moisturizer since I used their foundation and it still flaked even worse. I had to order the full size because no moisturizer has done this to my skin. Recommending to all my friends and family.

Honestly i loved the initial feeling if this, the crewm feels thick and cool and as you rub it together it turns kind of into a thinner consistancy. But with my dry, texured compromised skin it burned and felt like a weird slick silicone consistency, and my skin still felt dry. I read thet it has citric acid and lactic acid and that could be the burning? Or im allergic. Either way for something thats called a water barrier hyaluronic moisturizer it did not give that at all.

I recieved the small birthday sample of this product and im obsessed! The cream itself feels thick or as if its hoing to be greasy but it absorbs right into your skin making ot feels soft and moisturized. I have been using it everyday 2x a day and my face has never felt or looked better!!!

Got a sample for my birthday and unfortunately its so good I'm buying a full size lol. I have combo skin but this doesnt seem to make my oily areas worse. Its been below 10 degrees where I live and I think this has really helped my skin. After applying you can still feel the hydration, alot of moisturizers make that claim but this is the only one I've tried that actually makes a difference.

I absolutely love this! I have aging skin and has been very dry and rough, to the point that makeup looked awful on it. I decided to try this when it was 50% and it has made a huge difference in just a week! I'm excited to see the difference in a month. I like it so much that I will probably splurge on full price!!

Id like to start by saying this moisturizer does not work well with makeup. Ive waited up to 2 hours before applying my foundation and the end result is a slippery, patchy, gunky mess. How a moisturizer that doesnt claim to be a night cream performs under makeup is very important to me, and for that I knocked off a star. This product is loaded with silicones which creates that slippery surface but also keeps the moisture on your skin. It was weird to get used to at first but Ive grown to like it. Im oily and acne prone but was looking for something heavier since its been so cold and dry and this has worked great for me at night and on no makeup days with no breakouts.

i have never had allergic reaction to a product before this one, it was horrible it lasted for 5 days. my eyes completely swelled up and burned and all around my mouth area was red and itchy. so just beware something in this moisturizer had that effect on me!

This stuff is super moisturizing! If you've used the original Water Drench, it's like that but even more creamy. It's great when you need an extra boost of moisture in dry climates, wintertime, after facial/microneedling, and if you have dry skin! I usually use serum before I put this on so I get some active ingredients on my skin and this feels like it seals in the serum nicely. I'm in my third jar! One word of caution: this might not be the best option for oily skin or in humid places and I usually alternate between this and a less dense cream.

the texture is unique in that it feels like a hybrid of a cream and a gel, deff haven't tried a moisturizer like this before! it made my face have a silky feel, almost like there was a protective film. I know not everyone loves this feeling but I don't mind it — looking forward to using it more in the winter! Gifted by peterthomasroth

I enjoyed this moisturizer personally. Not super thick , but also not thin. I enjoy using most on damp skin before bed almost as a sleep mask to wake up with soft & plump skin. I can see this being a little suffocating if you have oily or acne prone skin, but for its purpose to help your barrier for us in the dry skin club, I def think it serves it purpose. The texture is nice & soft, applies well & does pill. I'm honestly a fan! (gifted by Peter Thomas Roth in exchange for honest review)

Waaaaaaay too much dimethicone. My face (I have chronically dry skin) turned into a slip and slide. Checked my reflection in the rear view and it looked WET. Two starts only because it's moisturizing.

Gifted by Peterthomasroth. Amazing moisturizer, I love it. It leaves my skin feeling super soft and hydrated in the morning when I use it at night. The texture is really nice feeling on the skin, and almost leaves a cooling feeling to skin, which I love! It also helps making the skin look more glowy which is plus. Overall I love this!
