Rowdy Rustler Petlinks newest electronic motion cat toy has an erratically twirling ball with raffia ribbons that when placed inside the toy's nylon tent creates rustling and movement mimicking cat's prey in bushes or brush. The excitement this toy generates in cats is a joy to watch. Cats will peek into the tent, reach in to capture the spinning ball which will send the ball in a new direction in the tent-too much fun! 2 AA batteries included.

The rod for the tent was missing, so my cat got none of the fun effects. He bit the streamers off as the toy vibrated in front of him.

The pieces can be used individually or as a set. The rustling sounds it creates as it spins under the fabric is VERY enticing to the cat. This toy provides alot of entertainment as she plays with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat had fun with this toy. The random movements along with the ribbons made it look like prey and my cat was in hunt and pounce mode the whole time. We had fun watching him play with it. The only issue we had was the ribbon getting shredded.

I like that because it has electronic motion, he likes playing with it constantly. I was concerned about the red ribbon coming out the top, but that hasn't been an issue. I don't understand the point of the little tent, because when I put the cat toy in it, the way it showed, he wasn't interested, it's better without it.

I had to hide it at night to get some sleep because they didn't want play time to end. They also didn't care about the tent part once they discovered the toy under it.

We have six kitties in our household and every single one of them went crazy playing with this Petlinks Rowdy Rustler Electronic Motion Cat Toy. Some chased it, some slapped it and sent it flying across the floor, some pawed at it and some tried to eat the ribbons, haha. It doesn't make a lot of noise except the noise that comes from rolling around on the floor so it's not a super noisy toy, thank goodness. It seems to work best on a hard floor. We tried it on the carpet as well but it doesn't really move around as much as it does on a hard surface. None of our cats were afraid of it and all really enjoyed having something new to play with in their otherwise mundane lives. I can't say how long the batteries will last yet because we haven't worn out the ones that came in it yet so they do seem to last a good while. All in all, good toy!

It comes with a Electronic toy that must have a weight in it that spins around to make it tumble around. It is great at getting my cats attention, the only problem is that the plastiic ribbon that is attached to the toy is flimsy and my cat chews it off. It would have been much better if it had been skinny ropes or cloth ribbon. The tent that it comes with for the toy to hide in is useless. It only holds up until the cat engages the toy, then it just crumples and becomes no fun. I would be open to purchasing a new one if they made improvements to the problems I've pointed out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toy. It can be used with the little tent or without. My cat is older and not very playful anymore but she really loves this toy. You can collapse the tent so it rustled underneath, or with the tent erect it peeks out.

She is a older cat so playing with this motion toy keeps her playing. It comes with a little tent, so cute. I like how it moves in different directions and spins. Very nice cat toy.
