Q: How do I start to get my pup started. It is quiet but makes 5 beeps to begin the tred moving. I have gotten her to stand on it when its not moving, but I don't want to turn it on a scare her.

After being super excited to get this for our dog (living in the desert heat)- we immediately set up the treadmill for our 30 lb. mini aussie. We plugged it in after full setup only to realize the connector was COMPLETELY ripped and the metal pieces at the bottom were damaged in shipment because no one thought it smart to protect them?! After full assembly the treadmill would not even turn on! Complete joke and disaster. What a waste. Contacting Target for a full refund. Definintely not worth over $400!!!

I needed a new treadmill for my dog. She's 65 pounds and it's borderline a little small for her which was a 50/50 chance with the weight limit but it's great for her walking/speed walking. Product shipped fast and had it within 5 days. Easy set up and works perfectly! I did end up removing the bars around since she didn't seem to like them there. I'm thinking she was just used to her old one being open. Overall, great product! Really liked the remote that comes with it but you will need a battery for it!

I got this for my young Jack Russell/ mini poodle mix with boundless energy. 2 miles of outdoor walking and 40 minutes of ball chasing were not enough. Slowly introduced treadmill, 2 weeks in and he’s doing 15 minutes at walking pace 1-2 day. Dog likes it, has helped behavior issues related to extreme energy.
