So when I tried this outlet at home. I turned on reset button and it was working. So clearly it was defect. Luckily customer service was helpful and advised me return item which I did.

The description clearly states that it is connected to a “flat plug”. It actually isn’t flat. Which was the whole reason for making this purchase.

Same as other name brand products in the market . A must have in every household.

It won't take up much room, you can use it anywhere & it has a short cord so you don't trip over things or if you use it on a table or a counter for multiple things then it's also great having a short cord so you don't have to deal with finding a place for the cord while having multiple things plugged in at once. I enjoy how useful the power strip cord has 6 outlets so you can plug up to 6 items & there's no worries about overload either. This product is simple to use with a on & off switch, comes in white & really sleek. I recommend this product for all of my friends & family to use this product at home or at work.

I like that it has 6 places that I can plug in various electronic items. I like that I the cord that plugs into the wall is 2 feet because I can have it close to my night stand. I like that this product has a circuit breaker and it is easy to switch the power on and off with the flip of a switch. I like the key holes so I can hook it on my wall quickly and easily. I that this product is white so it will match with everything in my room. This is a great product and I plan to buy more of these for the rest of my apartment. There is nothing I don't like about this product. I recommend it.

The 2' cord is a bit short for my liking, and an indicator light showing whether the device is on or off would be nice. The socket prongs are nice and sturdy, and I don't have to worry about the plug falling out of the socket or becoming a hazard. Because the strip's cord is so short, this is best used in small, confined spaces. Overall I'm very happy with this power strip!
