I recently used a philips norelco multigroom 9000shaver, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. While it generally performed well in terms of trimming , I got a cut on my face during use, which was unexpected. I followed the usual precautions, but it seems the blades were a bit too aggressive for my skin. I had to stop, clean the cut, and treat it, which wasn't ideal. I was surprised by how uneven and patchy this razor left my stubble…even with a guard on! After shaving, I had several bald patches and it looked so bad, I tried to buzz the whole thing down with no guard. But then that left me with awful razor burn. I don’t even know how that happened…have never had the experience with an electric shaver before.

It also has other cutting head tools such as nosal hair cutter. Also charging is quicker than the other brand one which I had before.

This is my second Phillips trimmer so was expecting the same experience. I find this to reflect a cheapness in the product line and a very bad way to cut costs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for the trimmer that I had for nearly 20 years. It is much more advanced than the old one. It has USB charging (you supply the charger).It has 19 attachments for trimming. The last one had 4. This one has two cutter heads, large and small, with attachments for each. It makes it very confusing figuring out which one to use. The old one had one adjustable comb which I used to trim my beard, mustache and eyebrows. There is one comb for eyebrows, which fits the small cutter head. For trimming my beard, I need the large trimming head with a comb, all of which are marked in millimeters. Through trial and error, I finally figuredout which one to use.

For the cost of this product, you would think it would have come with a power brick.… Nope, so I took a star away. Other then that, it’s a great set of clippers, but now have to spend additional money purchasing a power brick through Amazon in order to be able to charge at certain international hotels and places that do now have usb outlets.
