Q: does anyone know if the cardbord insert in the box should have a philips logo on it? I bought some online and they dont' have a logo, so i'm wondering if they are not legitimate philips product?

I have a Philips 5000 shaver that I use to shave my face and head, the heads became wore down after 2 years of shaving, order new heads, replaced the old heads with new one's. Back to having a clean shave! Thanks Philips for your product!

The performance of your shaver head may have declined because it needs to be cleaned. There can be hair or dirt particles stuck inside it, causing the shaving heads to not function correctly. To fix this problem, properly clean your shaver. Remove the shaving heads and clean your shaver from the inside as well. For detailed cleaning instructions, refer to your user manual. When the arrived, I immediately stopped what I was doing and took out the old put in the new. Cranked up the razor and shaved away. Wow. The shave was as close as a safety razor. Never had a closer shave in my life. Wish I had that when I was on active duty in the army. Double wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
