The product description says it is a Rechargeable device. It is NOT. Received product, opened the box, to find it is battery powered by Alkaline batteries. Very disappointed. Had to take my precious time to return the product. Please update your website!

I will say the razor trimmer works great, I like the handle and trimmer heads it came with, but after about 5 months I had to toss the small trimmer because it stopped working. Even with a brand new battery, the motor ran like it was about to die. I had purchased the older bright pink version and it lasted me several years, this quality is not the same. You can find better.

As someone who has always relied on waxing and sugaring, I was quite nervous about using a razor for my bikini area. However, the Philips bikini trimmer has completely changed my perspective. It's incredibly efficient, works perfectly underwater, and delivers fantastic results. The trimmer is so good that I can't recommend it enough, especially for the price. If you're looking for a reliable and effective bikini trimmer, this is definitely the one to go for! I exfoliate before trimming and then use an oil after the shower to keep the area and skin hydrated. Small and easy to travel with also!

In the specification section it is already mentioned that for Bikini trimmer you will require 1 x AA-type alkaline battery and for Pen trimmer it requires 1 x AAA-type alkaline battery. If you see that the product is not working, it might be that the disposable battery is empty or has been inserted incorrectly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works for me as the GoStyler is no longer available, and needs replacing every year, due to the foil attachment wearing out. Eyebrow trimmer attachment and combs works well, too. Foil for between the eyebrows, nose, and detailing around any facial hair.

Phillips, you responded to my review by saying that the bikini trimmer will trim to 0.5 MM, not 0, so it leaves stubble. It does NOT a clean, skin smooth shave. The Oneblade will shave to the skin safely so I’m disappointed in the product I don’t know anyone who wants a stubbly bikini line.

I had an older razor model that was chunky and only had one blade option. I love this one as an upgrade! It’s easier to remove for cleaning, and I love having the facial trimmer included. This is the the only way I trim my bikini line and all the various nooks and crannies that go with that.
