I have been *obsessed* with Fresh Cream for years. I was devastated when I ran out and Ulta was out of stock for months...until I saw it was finally restocked with a "new formula." The new formula is slightly more moisturizing than the old one, but the fragrance is A LOT weaker. I don't know if I would recommend this anymore.

Honestly so disappointed with the reformulation. If people are willing to spend $27 on a cult classic body wash, you know you’ve got a good product, so why change it? The fresh cream warm cashmere scent used to be complex and warm, lingering on my skin in the best way while leaving me feeling clean but not stripped. The new scent is much more brash and overtly synthetic. It smells just like all the other cheap body washes and gels that market themselves as a deep vanilla that cost half the price as this one. The new “hydrating” formula is so thick that it doesn’t work into a lather nearly as well as the old formula. It feels like it leaves an extra layer clinging to my skin rather than actually getting it clean. A bottle used to last me 5 months, but because I had to use so much more to feel the same amount of clean, this one lasted me 2. I’ve used and loved this body wash for years, but at the price, I can’t justify continuing to buy it if both the scent and formula have gone down in quality. I really hope philosophy changes it back because these body washes have been a favorite of mine for years, and I’m saddened to say goodbye.

It makes me feel like I am being wrapped in a warm vanilla woods scented hug! This body wash has a great lather to it which is essential for me. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft all day long. For best results I pair it with the coordinating body lotion and Eau de toilette. It leaves me smelling like a snack all day! Highly recommend.
