Use this if you are working out

I bought this because I am starting to go through the change and was having a lot of trouble remembering stuff. Just seemed to be real foggy headed all the time. I have been taking it right at a month now and would definitely recommend it. I noticed a difference within about 7 days, my mind seemed clearer. It's alittle more expensive than I wanted but other brands of this are higher so I guess it's worth it. Try it out!

I am 60, and was having delayed recall and would frequently have trouble thinking of a word I wanted to use. Taking this product daily has really made a difference. I took ginkgo for over a year with no discernible effect. Then, I added Acetyl L-Carnitine and noticed a difference. Then, I added Source Naturals Phosphatidyl serine, which definitely made a measurable difference in recall and speed. I added Life Shield Mind Force, and I now feel the way I did about 8 years ago. I'm still looking for the last piece of the puzzle, but what an improvement!

The ALA is pretty inexpensive, but I was taking a combination PS/DMAE supplement that wasn't. When I started looking at cutting costs, I discovered I could buy PS and DMAE separately from Swanson for a fraction of what I was used to paying. I now buy all three supplements from Swanson. It's been over a month with the replacements and I see no difference in quality or efficacy.
