Q: is this dishwasher safe?

A: Hi Buddha, Thank you very much for your interest in our CB39 cheese board. The stainless steel cheese tools are dishwasher safe, but the bamboo board itself (including the drawer) should only be washed by hand with warm water. Please refrain from letting the bamboo sit or soak in water, as the porous material can expand/shrink. We also recommend applying mineral oil on the boards after each use to restore shine.
