Great idea .... Needs work. The blueberries are too desiccated. They r pebbles of blueberry that r seedlike. They stay seedlike in the human alimentary system. Not appealing. The batter did not rise. The muffins are flat and dry. IMO a COMPLETE FAIL! How dod this make it thru testing? Did no one notice the blueberry dingleberries?

Loved being able to make a quick batch of muffins, however, these did not come out as good as I had hoped. The dough was very sticky and hard to squeeze out. I made them in mini muffin tins, so perhaps that impacted my results.. After 10 minutes, they were already done, so I took them out. Unfortunately, they were dry and chewy and tasted rather artificial and eggy. Not sure I'd get them again.
