I've purchased this diaper rash cream twice to use on both my toddler and infant. The first bottle worked well and the small amount that I have left is still all combined. The second bottle I purchased was separating the moment I opened it. No matter how much I shake the bottle, it just doesn't combine. Hoping they make it right by sending me a new bottle.

I really wanted to like this product as I love other products from Pipette, but unfortunately I applied this to my 2 month old’s diaper rash and she immediately started crying/screaming in pain. I immediately wiped it off with water and she was much better. I tried it again a few days later and same reaction, will not use again.

My 2.5 year old daughter has never had a diaper rash. Ever. This is the only cream we’ve ever used. Now that my 2.5 year old is potty trained, we expect the same no-rash results for our 3 month old. Just amazing.

I started using this about 3 months ago on my now 6 month old baby. It simply doesn’t work. Diaper rashes really need zinc oxide.

I bought this cos I’m vegan and also want to use non toxic products! I love pipette’s shampoo , body lotion and oil ! We use everything pipette but the diaper rash cream is not good at all, it’s so hard to wash hands after using it , it just doesn’t go away and also hard to wipe that off after every diaper change it just stays on baby for days. Even after the bath. They can do better. Love everything except the Diaper rash cream.
