This was a reorder, to insure that I get nutrients needed to stay healthy, which is especially when you are a senior. Apparently, it is helping, I go to the doctor for a wellness visit and a 6 month follow up vtisit, which is great when you are 78. Piping Rock is helping me stay well.

So fare I have been taking but the other brand smaller bottle seamed to work better opening up my bowls, but I see it had a probiotic in it. I will see how well they do after I finish a bottle
