A: For the best result, daily use is 5-10 minutes. Each area shall be controlled under 1 minute depending on the size of areas. For each spot, 3 seconds. Detailed use please see operation manual, page 8.

Do not waste your money! I got the product 4 days late and it looked like it had been used and didn’t even work, cheaply made, I finally returned after target’s customer service lied and said they couldn’t do a refund because it was a “3rd party” but I took it to my local target they done it right there in store but the worst part is I never got my money put back on my card. They are thieves do not waste your money.

This machine is very nice! It feels expensive and high end. There is heat and cooling, depending on what you need: tightening, lifting, and puffiness. I use a light lotion or oil with the machine, and so far my skin is looking great!
