This is a day to day formula for people that needs vegetarian enzymes. There are better formulation for specific applications. For example Swanson Biocor.

The plant enzymes are the best enzyme product I have ever taken. They actually work. When I use them I do not have bloating, or upset stomach. My husband also takes the enzymes and he likes them also. Yes, I would recommend the plant enzymes by NOW. The best. Thank you NOW products.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice until it was delivered that this product contains sulfites. Sulfites are a migraine trigger for me. I am generally happy with NOW products.
