Don't like that it arrived broken and rather than replacing broken parts or offering a partial refund they somehow expect you to take it apart and put it back in the heavily damaged box it arrived in.

opened my package up today to get ready to assemble this weekend, noticed a shiny silver piece on the ground... i thought , well I can just gorilla glue that little piece, but inspected all around further and the plastic is not very heavy duty, so even though it was mostly packed firmly, the whole back plastic on bottom is cracked... I was like, now I have to get someone to pack this back up for me and go through this replacement process... I can't lift it, but I have to call customer service for a replacement. I'll replace it but I can't have the bottom broken and falling apart upon receipt.

If your look me and have to look at reviews look no further get this machine I put this together by myself instructions was good but couple things I looked on YouTube and was good to go very light noise only because the wheel moving very sturdy and even thought it say weight requirement is 220 it holds my weight with no problem and I’m 350 get it you will not regret this purchase
