The item is of poor quality and the design is terrible. The handle to push the playdoh through broke and wouldn't stay connected from the beginning. The "sprinkles" did not come out like the picture. The whole thing is hard to clean so if any playdoh gets left behind and dries up, you wont be able to use it. It's a great idea but poor execution.

This you was really challenging to use - you feel like you're going to break the handle and the ice cream takes several refills to get it like the picture. Hard to clean, especially if it's dry. But that's an adult review. My then 2 year old, now 3 LOVES it. She could care less than it's hard to do. It's ice cream and it's fun.

Horrible. The ice cream press is flimsy and doesn’t provide enough pressure to extract the play dough. The chamber requires you to mix 3 containers full to get a press out of it. The cone base is supposed to rotate and it won’t, so you have to do it manually. The sprinkles don’t come out of the sprinkle attachment. My 7yo couldn’t make this work on their own, and adults barely got it working either- this is awful. Do not buy.

Do not waste your money. The container doesn’t hold enough playdough to even make a full cone. The sprinkle part doesn’t work at all, and it’s impossible to clean. I don’t understand how Hasbro could put this out as a functioning product.

Just one more example of companies creating products, and then letting paying customers do their product testing for them. This toy has so much potential, but the design is terrible. It's hard to use and hard to clean. More Play-Doh comes out the top of the soft serve than goes through the intended hole. The lid on the sprinkle maker is hard for an adult to get off, let alone a kid, and then has the same problem as the soft serve. It's just not as much fun to play with as it should be. Which Play-Doh would know, if they had bothered doing any amount of product testing at all. Or maybe they did, and didn't care that it doesn't work, because people will buy it based on the brand.

It has so much potential. But just falls short on execution everywhere. The plunger does not fit properly in the tube and so more playdoh goes up than down. The sprinkle maker lid is very difficult to get on and off. It was a struggle for me to do, let alone my 3yo. But it does make cute accessories. The soft serve aspect is just awful. Be better off with a mold to make scoops honestly.

It’s so hard to use. I even struggle. The sprinkle maker is impossible and comes out different every time. There is no way my 5 year old could do this herself.

My daughter begged for this after seeing it on YouTube. I bought it for her yesterday. She is three so she obviously needs help to use it but even as an adult. I couldn't work it easily. Cool idea, bad design. Playdoh just gets stuck in all the places because of poor design.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Not kids friendly at all. The 'sprinkle' maker needs almost zero playdoh to be able to latch the top and then it doesn't make sprinkles. The ice cream part just shoots the play doh back up the tube. Too hard for a 32 year old let alone a 5 year old.

Hard to clean out when not in use, hard to store as it doesn’t really break down. Making sprinkles is a hard process for small kids and they will probably not be able to screw the thing down to reload it every time. My 4 and 7 year old get very frustrated with it.

It is very hard to get the playdoh to come out into the cone or cup and the sprinkles the playdoh goes up the sides and doesn’t come out. Hard for kids to play with.
