This is what parents nightmares are made of. 100 times messier and stickier than slime. Pretty sure the box did not say slime anywhere on it because I definitely wouldn’t have purchased it.

I purchased this set for my daughter who loves slime. I opened the krackle (clear) play doh and it was wet, extremely sticky, did not have stretch and left our table with a goopy mess! The slime then slithered to my jeans and my daughter’s outfit and immediately stuck and left residue. Opened the “cloud” play doh and it was chunky and also lacked stretch. Added in some of “mix jns” and it was sheer disappointment. DO NOT purchase this item! It is not worth 16.99. Not even .99 cents. It is overpriced and all going in ghettos trash.

Parents Beware- destroys clothing and home furnishings

Parents Beware. This was so fun at first - we had fun with the little mix ins. However, the fluff ended up destroying two children’s dresses, our broom, and seems to be taking up permanent residence in the drum of our washing machine. The kids were also supervised because I was having a good time with them at the table until I realized how deep we were in the fluff mess. We did it again with regular play doh and random trinkets from around the house and the kids had just as much fun. This ended up being about a $50.00 purchase when you factor in ruined clothing and clean up time/effort.

My son LOVED it but it is super duper messy. He had a blast. I just looked at the box because I thought it was weird there were fewer mix ins than play doh and realized we didn’t get all of our mix ins :( Luckily my son doesn’t know but he was a little stressed out trying to divide the four mix ins between 6 play dohs. But after carefully mixing each one he mixed the whole pile so maybe it didn’t matter! Haha

The confetti feels sharp- not the sensory experience we hoped for!

I knew this would be messy, so no complaints there. The little shiny confetti pieces were a massive fail, though! They feel so sharp once in the cloud dough and completely ruin the experience. They really need to replace the confetti with something else or this is a waste of money.

Great idea but horrible execution on Play Dough’s part. The mix ins are always super fun for my toddler but the Slime is so sticky, almost like glue, and impossible to get off your hands. The other textures, the foam and cloud were so stiff and hard to work out of the containers. Fully regret this purchase :(

This kit was absolutely HORRIFYING!!! Please read this REAL review that was NOT collected as part of a promotion. The tiny animal cutouts are annoying but kind of a given when you order this but what was terrible were 4/6 playdohs that were not real playdoh but were slime and hard playdoh that came with small hard balls inside of it. The slime was beyond difficult to get off your hands, much less God forbid it got on any furniture or clothes. Please steer clear of this specific playdoh kit if you want to avoid an extra headache. I regret buying two sets of this but my biggest regret was that one of the kits was for my kid and that my kid received it as an early Christmas gift from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fluff container was the crowd favorite. It stretched the best without the mess of slime. When it is stretched thin it seemed like cotton candy. The Krackle was so sticky that their hands glued together. Once it had been played with for awhile it was much more manageable but that initial Krackle was difficult for the kids to play with. Cloud dough smelled very chemical like and felt like it was normal playdough with extra water added to it. My kids liked the mix in charms that were hard compared to the confetti type. I liked that it came with both to satisfy the texture preference of all the kids that were playing.

My kids enjoys playing with the different textures and animal mix-ins. My son especially loved the crackle pop one. While this was pretty interesting I don’t think we would buy this again.

Also came with different animal shaped add-ins to mix! My son loved it and had fun mixing different textures and colors! It does get messy and I always watch her with it but it is great for your little ones. Imaginations will run wild. This set is nice and she loves the little bits that come inside. Great product and good quality. But never leave your child unattended with it. We like to build and make things together anyways,

Turned out a great way to have a family evening and made some memories I didn't know we could still have with older teenagers. Lots of fun and made a lot of cool animals.
