Q: What part is made of fiberglass? The description says frame but below someone answered that it’s plastic?

Q: How do you fold it to get it back in the storage bag?? It is not in the instructions and my child unpacked it from the bag so I didn’t see how it came out.

Q: My tunnels do not have an opening for the bottom rods ??? The one for the top Middle is easily accessible but the one for the 2 bottom ones is sewn shut there is no access to them at all :(

Q: Where are the holes for the bottom rods?! My tunnel clearly has slots for the poles but they’re sewn shut on both sides!

I wish the website had a better description of the tunnel - honestly, it took me a minute to figure out how to put it together. It suggested to look at the direction booklet when we tried to look it up, but it didn't come with one. I had a pop-up tunnel before that easily collapsed, but for this one, you need to remove 'tent poles'. There are three different poles, which makes it way more sturdy than others I've had, but it's just a little tricker to put together and take apart.

This is such a cute tunnel! Holds up very well and seem sturdy. Like previous reviews it seems as tho where you insert the poles is sewn shut. It is NOT they slide in if you go in and around there is an opening. If you cut the seams and make a slit the pole will just pop out.

it is a really cute thing and it was fun while it lasted. the little pole at the top wont stay in.y kids just easily pull it out because the velcro that hold the pole in ripped on both sides.

My toddler loves this so much. It’s great quality and I love the flat bottom. It’s great for crawling or even pushing cars through. There’s so many ways to play, my son also likes laying in there to relax. It’s roomy enough for me to fit in there as well. Such a great value.

Tent would of been awesome if the pole inserts fit - my 2 that I ordered were sewn shut and I was unable to insert the poles on the bottom To keep the tent fully open :( had to throw it away as it was just an entanglement

Don't cut holes for the poles on the bottom! The openings are impossibly difficult to find and the instructions are useless. Here is a handy photo to help you hit the ground running without frustration! I love that this tunnel is large enough for my autistic 9 year old to fit with ease. It gets 5 stars from my 2 year old, as well.

Was very excited for this tunnel because even my 13 year old could fit in it with my 1 and 5 year old. However, the places where the poles go arrived ripped on the one side, and when I tried to make it work the other side ripped as well. Unfortunately I would not recommend this.
