PlayZoom 2 Hello Kitty Kids' Smartwatch - Red Rainbow Print

I ordered this watch online on 11/24/23 as a Christmas gift for my niece. The UPS link offered here won’t do anything do I can’t confirm the specific date it was delivered but I believe it took a couple weeks. After inquiring about it on 01/25/23 (30 days after she opened the gift), my daughter informed me that it never took any charge at all. On 02/01/24, I tried to return it and was informed that it was “not eligible for return”. It was a little annoying since it was less than 45 days from the gift being opened, but I accepted that as somewhat reasonable, assuming that I missed a 30-day window to return electronics. Imagine my surprise when I just looked on the website and realized this wasn’t even the watch I ordered!! It’s not remotely close!! I received a cheaper watch PlayZoom iTouch LOL OMG, retails 24.99!! When i first got it, i thought it looked a little cheaper and tacky than I would typically order, but it was busy busy Christmas time and i just figured I must have had a reason for choosing it. It’s on me for not noticing sooner but i never should have been sent this broken watch to begin with, as it wasn’t even what i ordered!

I’m convinced they don’t have the hello kitty watch. I ordered twice and well and received LOL both times. So frustrating

Has anyone received a Hello Kitty watch? I too received LOL watch TWICE! Does the Hello Kitty watch exist? Yes, customer service was not helpful.

Don’t bother ordering. As others have said they send an LOL doll watch NOT Hello Kitty. Customer service was less than helpful.

I have ordered twice now for my daughter’s gift from Santa. She specifically asked for the Hello Kitty but Target keeps sending LOL. Getting very irritated. Looking to buy from a store that will send the correct item.

If Target could send the right item 3 times they sent LOL one The person helping me yesterday was supposed to order 1 to replace & ordered 2. I suspect it will be LOL again. This was a gift for my disabled daughter’s birthday. Target used to be my go to for 20+ years never an issue and BAM! They have become terrible !

It brought tons of fun to my kid, however it runs off a watch battery so when he did the games etc on it it killed it relatively quickly. Very short battery life. That is really the only complaint. It would be 5 stars if it was rechargeable.

Although now my 5 year old seems to be stuck only playing with his watch for hours. I like the learning games and also helps my son tell time and set his alarm. The watch seems to be good quality and comes with a usb charging cable. My son loves his watch, this would make a wonderful gift!!

She's learning her time along with 4 learning games that includes matching & memory, addition & subtraction, problem solving. It has an alarm click, LCD s reen, timer & stopwatch. This is simply an easy to learn, easy to function and overall fun learning watch! Made a great gift ;)

He thinks his watch is way cooler than his sister's Apple. It has 4 learning games for your little one to play. My son plays the matching game. He recently took his to show and tell. It comes with an USB charging cord, which we use at night. It has an alarm that we set to wake him up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, it’s gray that there is a cover to protect the watch face. My daughter loves that the cover is sparkly unicorn. The watch “welcomes” you when you open the cover. It shows the time with AM and PM to help children know the time. There are menu buttons on each side where you can select alarms, play math games that include subtraction, shape matching, alphabet, and jigsaw puzzles. The display is pretty clear, and the sound isn’t overly loud. All in all this is a neat little watch for a preschooler to first or second grader.

With this watch he is learning and having fun playing games. This watches screen is LCD so its easy for him to see. The battery did however die quickly, I believe from his overuse. A great product.

Very easy to use, attractive design, and looks/feels durable. The graphics are educational and just appropriate for his age. He takes care of it and he doesn't getbores when we're traveling coz he has something useful to entertain and educate himself. Highly recommended

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Playzoom Warner Bros smartwatch looks good. I gave it tomy 5 year old grand daughter was excited when I gave her the watch. She liked playing with the learning games on it. She also like the Tweety Bird design on it and the band. The only thing wrong was the battery only lasted a few hours after she received it. The battery has to be replaced, it wasn't a rechargeable. Now I have to find the battery for it. The other thing is the watch is a little bulky. It should be thinner. If you get the watch buy a extra set of batteries for it. I don' t recommend watch.

My 4 year old can't tell time but all he does is flip the watch open and close. He is very happy with the design. The quality and durability and LCD screen is very good and holding up with all his playing with it. I am strongly going to recommend this to my friends for their kids.
