This was a Christmas gift for my son. Works as expected but the humidifier arrived with a chip in it the size of a quarter so now there's a spot that isn't painted black but is silver.

Product arrived 2 weeks late and literally in pieces inside a very thin cardboard box with zero packaging. When the UPS delivery person set it down on the porch it sounded like dropping a bag of broken glass.

We use this on top of our living room gas stove. The handle was broken when it arrived but after contacting Plow and Hearth, a replacement was sent promptly. Thanks for a great product and good service.

We have the steamer kettle on top of our wood burning stove. We love it. It's big enough we don't have to fill it all the time. It reminds me of something my grandmother and aunt had when I was younger. Would totally recommend it.

Great looking kettle, very well made but to wide for the ledge on my fireplace insert. there were no dimensions for product in catalogue. when I called about exchanging the kettle for a small based kettle, customer service was unable to find a smaller kettle. I was disappointed.

I love the 3 QT. Cast Iron steamer Kettle. I seasoned it in the oven first by putting canola oil all over it inside and out. 400 degrees 30 min. It looks great and so far is exactally what I wanted and thought it would be. Getting moisture back in the air.
