We are very upset about these lamps. Neither work. They look good where we placed them and they do get enough sunlight. However after checking to make sure switch is on and battery installed correctly, neither work. Tab to remove before operation will begin was removed so that isn't the issue. They just do not work

I love the appearance of the fixtures, had planned to buy two more sets if I liked them. Lantern and hanger heavy metal and nice looking but PVC pole can't take the weight and keep leaning. The light is the worst part not a soft yellow or white but instead a harsh blue that looks commercial. I put them in the sun for two days and they only lasted one night solar wise.
One lantern works fine, the other is fussy

The lights were installed, only two worked. I have gone through the troubleshooting, and went to get some replacement batteries - we will see if that resolves the problem. While the lights are well made, and so are parts of the posts, there is plastic in the posts and so not as durable. For the money they charge for these they should be better than this.

we bought a set of 4. they looked great. they are sturdy and well made, but the first set only one lasted through the summer. the company replaced them and now we only have 1 out of 8!that work. they don't say they take batteries, but they do. they are difficult to open. i have gotten one sat other stores form5 bucks that work better.

I have both in my yard. One works beautifully the other doesn't work at all. I have changed their placement with the same results. I have tried to buy new batteries, assuming it is the battery, but am unable to find them in this area. I also wrote you people about it but got no answer. Other than that, I love the looks of them. Sadly I bought these and didn't open them until recently, when it was too late to return. One never worked from the start even after replacing the solar battery, and the other has the dimmest of light that is barely visible. What a waste, bec they aren't cheap. Now just there for decoration.

Decent amount of light. Only stays lit for a few hours. I had the exact same lanterns and they used to stay lit all night long.

Put these at the end of my driveway. Makes for a nice entrance during the day and right at sunset, but the lights dim too quickly to be of much value for finding the driveway edges after dark.

Parts were loose on one of the lanterns when they arrived but we were able to reassemble. However, the lantern didn't work even when we put a new battery in and attempted to recharge. The other one worked for a few days and now neither one lights up even after being charged.
Don't even want a replacement, just want my money back.

I'm very disappointed that one of the lights I purchased never worked new out of the box, although they are very sturdy they are also quite expensive…..where is the quality control testing the produtct beforeshipping. I've had to replace three times, because they just stop working.

The only part to be careful about is screwing the base shaft into the spike that goes into ground. The spike is metal and the nut on end of shaft is plastic, take time you could easily cross thread the nut.
These solar lanterns are excellent quality.
