Q: I received this blanket as a wedding gift. We got the one with two controllers. One side keeps displaying the error code E3 and does not heat. We have switched the controllers to see if that would fix it but it has not. What is the fix to this?

A: Since switching controllers did not resolve the issue, try unplugging the blanket from both the wall and the blanket itself for 5–10 minutes to reset it.

The blanket gets warm over time but does not get uncomfortably hot. Durability is great, fabric and stitches are solid, it seems it will last many years to come. Queen size is perfect to share. It’s just a great product all around. I’ve never owned a heated blanket before this one but my husband grew up with everyone in his family having them. He said it’s the nicest heated blanket he’s ever used. Very happy!

It's neutral but has the pops of navy for some contrast and has a really lovely swirl pattern. Bought this blanket last winter, and don't know how we ever did without it. It is so soft and plush, but not heavy. Keeps us toasty warm through the coldest months. Sadly I have misplaced the set up manual and cannot figure out the controller settings now. Has 20 different settings, but no I have idea how to select them.

It gets me comfy cozy but doesn’t overheat me letting me get to sleep fast and stay asleep longer. Highly recommend this heat blanket, I think I’ll get one for the living room too

However for use on the couch the cords really get in the way and effect the user experience as the cords are quite long and end up in piles beside you. I like that it has an auto-off timer but I still unplug it when not in use for additional safety,
