I have been suffering from prostate issues for years now. After doing some research its clear that there are potentially some benefits that can be reaped from regular prostate massage. After recently finding this out, I tried some of the gimmickier toys that didn't yield any results. This medical device actually made a difference. I started using this 4 to 5 hours a day and noticed my stream began to improve after a week to 10 days! I didn't have to do anything special, just wear it. There is no need for any vibrations component. It's design is simplistic and effective. Being less flexible than the cheap toys, uses its rigidity to do the messaging. Simply doing your normal daily activities of walking, sitting, bending, and stooping causes the device to massage your prostate. If you haven't considered using something like this before, put you preconceived reluctance behind and give it a try. Give it a few days of wear, and while its a new experience, you will become accustomed to it. It will become part of your daily routine that you want to do. It is easy to insert, small enough to be comfortable for extended wear, and WORKS! I found this was available at all the local pharmacies and was price the same as the large online stores. I think it is too small to be effective. For me, it does not stay in place and slips out.

Cons: Very disappointing! I was under the assumption that this had vibration, I mean after all it is call a prostate massager, but nope no vibration and therefore I do not believe it should be named a prostate massager. Very misleading. My second disappointment would be the extremely slender size, I mean it is probably the first known anorexic prostate massager. Seriously it skinny, slimmer than a pinky finger. My third disappointment of this product is how stiff it is literally has no give to it does not confirm to any bending whatsoever. Pro: the silicone coating is nice has a silky feeling to it. Very nice shade of purple. I would not recommend to anyone who anticipates a massager to vibrate or may need some thing with a bit more girth than a very skinny pinky finger.

Firm yet comfortable. Just the right size for prostate massage. No worries about irritation.

I bought this item to try prostate messaging. The massager is supposed to work with your body. I feel some pressure but not what I was expecting. It’s thin enough but I feel could be better designed.

This massager has an effective shape and is comfortable even for long sessions. I'm impressed with the material quality particularly for the price. It would nice if they offered a larger diameter massager in the future.

I would recommendto use it to keep a healthy prostate. I wish this one would have a vibrate option, that would make it perfect.

My husband didn't want to try it because he doesn't like that kind of thing. That's why I gave it to a friend who I knew if he would use it and in his opinion, it really works. I am amazed.
