Size 3 works most of the time. I think they are priced way too high. However, in the last box, THREE out of the 5 I have used - the string just pulled out easily when I tried to remove it - causing quite a problem

I've been using these off and on for a few years, size 3. They generally work well, buuuut, the issue is the square shape - why??? Sometimes, if you insert it wrong - and there's no way to tell pre-insertion - the square shape makes it so that if a corner isn't against the bladder wall, it is totally ineffective and sometimes actually seems to make leaks worse! Other times, it's almost too snug, but I'd rather have that. A size 4 would be great! And a redesign to CIRCULAR so there is even pressure all around t.

I am so thrilled I found this product. I am a 42 year old mother of three. I’m very active and love to run, but stress incontinence has meant I have had to slow my runs and often walk. I was soaking through whatever pad I was wearing. Wore this today on a run. Doesn’t feel uncomfortable at all, and ZERO leaks. I am thrilled. I have tried urethra bulking, pelvic floor physical therapy, elitone, etc and nothing helped. Just wish I had found this sooner!!

My pelvic floor physiotherapist informed me that I have a mild bladder prolapse postpartum and recommended this product for additional support while exercising. It has made a big difference! I find that I can go for longer walks without discomfort or heaviness sensation. I bought the #1 and use a lubricant. I can’t seem to find this product in my local drug stores and have to order online. Wish it was more accessible!

My only real option is surgery, but since I’m not excited for that idea and want to explore options, I found that the size 3 keeps me mostly leak-free while horse-back riding. I was going to have to give it up, but am now able to ride. I layer this with period underwear to catch anything just in case
