Between stress and perimenopause, my periods have been extremely heavy periods. Finding a pad that not only absorbs but actually stays in place all night has been hard until now. These pads are super comfortable, covers everything that needs to be covered, absorbed extremely well, and did not bunch up throughout the night like some other brands have. These are perfect, and I will continue purchasing these every month because it's a product I know I can trust.

I tried the #2 but they go right through if I am not able to get to bath room immediately the #3 holds me for a little longer and not wet up myself before the bath room. So many places do not carry the #3 but most of the other higher

Since I struggle with bladder control, these pads provide excellent protection, soaking up everything without fail. During the day, I use one pad in the morning and stay comfortable since I can manage bathroom breaks. At night, I rely on two pads because I sleep deeply and don’t wake up—they keep me dry and secure until morning. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, heavy-duty protection!

The purple pad has inside really keeps you dry almost instantly. My only complaint is that I wish it had wings up top and the bottom so it can hold it down more securely.

These stayed in place decently, though. But I'm never going to feel completely confident with ultra thins as someone with fibroids and incontinence issues.
