I didn't read the description thoroughly and assumed based on the $25 price that this was a medium size squishmallow. I thought I was sent the wrong thing at first when it arrived; it's the BIG one. This thing is massive and I love it! Very soft and squishy. So fitting for the pokemon he is.

No so much the item but the company itself. When you place an order and it doesn’t arrive they won’t even attempt to help you, or at least the person I talked to didn’t. So now no Christmas present or refund seeing as they wanted to refund to a card that is no longer active 🤦🏼♀️ worst experience with customer service.

I didn’t get this squish when it first came out because I was hoping they’d release a 24” Snorlax. However it looks like 20” is as big as the Pokémon squish come. If you are going to get a 20” Pokémon Squishmallow, this is the one to get.
