Scarlet and violet base and paldea evolved in a sword and shield collection tin

These tins do not contain the same packs of cards as they should. Pokémon center has brilliant stars and lost origin, these have scarlet violet and paldea evolved. Not poorly priced at $5/pack (higher than average for those packs). Tins and promo cards are decent.

These are repackaged with Gen 9 packs instead of the Gen 8 packs that are supposed to be in here. They are supposed to have 2 Evolving Skies, 1 Fusion Strike and 1 Brilliant Stars, but they have 2 Scarlet & Violet Base Set, and 2 Paldea Evolved. These are scam products and Target will not let you return them.

While I did receive a set of tins, it was not the Jolteon/Espeon bundle. I ordered one of each of the three bundles, in hopes of having the full set, but received a two of the Flareon/Sylveon bundles, and did not receive a single Jolteon/Espeon bundle.

Not the original packs that came with the tins. Although the tins had the original year on the back of them and the original promo cards, the packs in them were Scarlet & Violet and Paldea Evolved

These 2x tin combo packs contain 4 booster packs in each tin consisting of 2x SV Base Set + 2x SV Paldea Evolved booster packs. Details listed on the back on the Flar/Vapo/Jolt tins state Sun and Moon + XY booster packs. All tins in all 3 Target listings for these various Evee tin combo packs contained the same 2x SV Base + 2x SV Paldea Evolved booster packs (Flareon/Sylveon + Jolteon/Espeon + Vaporeon/Umbreon). These are old tins loaded with modern packs and are deceptive products. It is possible to still hunt for and find the Umb/Esp/Sylv eevee heros tins containing older Sword & Shield booster packs, but those are dwindling in number and likely the reason anyone bought these 2x tin combos, plus the possiblity the Flar/Vap/Jolt tins were legitimate original loads. I'm unsure on any reliable way predict if these tins are new modern repacks, or the sought after SWSH original packings. Shrink wrap style, Vstar mentions, and booster pack listings all have been unreliable for me. Do not buy these listed tins unless you are looking to open modern SV01 Base or SV02 PAL boosters, or just want a set of the promos/tins. I bought these during the 20% sale to roughly $17 per tin, and do not advise buying even at that rate at this time in the market. There are much more economical booster pack sources avilable (booster boxes). Overall its sad that this still happens, and this trend of deceptively loading old tins with modern packs is rampant across many many other old tin styles, so beware and so some research. 2 Stars because my packs were legit and not re-sealed. Shipping took 12 days which almost leads me to believe they're false packed to order, but is otherwise a long ship time these days. Tins in good condition. Promos in good condition.

Thought this had older pack but had new S&V

repacked with base s&v and paldea. opened over a dozen tins and got zero hits. not even an ex… sooo many better products for $40

THIS IS A REVIEW FOR THE SALE PRICE If you get these while on sale, they're a killer deal. Good pulls overall, and at >$2.50 a pack it can't be beat. That being said, they're all scarlet & violet or palea evolved packs, not sword & shield. If you're buying at $5 a pack with the $39.99, you can get varieties of scarlet & violet packs plus the individual Eeveelution V's elsewhere for much cheaper anywhere else.

I haven’t even received mine because while I ordered one of each with Espeon and Umbreon, they sent me two Umbreon sets. I called CS and argued to get either a replacement or a return. I ended up receiving a refund, but I would have preferred the Espeon set that I actually ordered. I got them on sale, and I only collect Espeon & Umbreon, so that’s all I really cared about getting. Looking at the reviews I guess I should have just ordered extras and given the ones I don’t want to my son. He could care less about hits, same as me, but I still want my Espeon tin and promo… D<

Customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with.I purchased multiple of this product. The product was never received and I tried to cancel while the product was still in processing because of shipping concerns. After dealing multiple times with Target and being lied too and then again with the post office. Post Office told me it was Target problem.Targets tracking showing it was delivered but they never received it at the post office. Target from the beginning told me it was oh well. That it was a noncancel, nonrefundable product and if it was lost so be it it wasn't there problem. So I have no product and out money as well. Lesson learned buyer beware this is our last time buying at Target.

Do not buy. It's repacked and falsely advertised. The back of the tin says Sword and Shield, Sun and Moon, and XY, but the packs inside or Scarlet and Violet. And items cannot be returned. What a shame
