Was sent the wrong ones, reached out to customer to fix the issue. Customer service was the only great part. Eventually was sent the correct ones but was not reimbursed for having to take the incorrect ones to drop off. An inconvenience, was supposed to get a follow up email regarding reimbursement for the inconvenience but never received one.

Order 2 charizard got 4 charizard tins. Shipped well in good condition. Fast

Didn’t receive the right tins

I received the wrong tin. I contacted customer support. I was told that it was their mistake and I would get the correct tin. I am still waiting for any confirmation of that. I have not received any confirmation of shipping or that it will be sent.

Like others, I also ended up with a tin that wasn’t a Charizard tin. Target did right and sent me the replacement just recently hence the 3 stars. This fiasco could have been avoided if they stated 3 words “styles may vary” which wasn’t the case when I first bought the tin.

They sent the wrong tins to everyone marketing them as charizard tins and way to refund or exchange. I tried online or in store absolut scam

Ordered two Charizard tins, I received the wrong ones, I called Target and the issue was fixed.

Received the wrong item!!! This is not the charizard tin like I was expected!! And now I can’t return it even though it just barely arrived? Horrible!! It literally says charizard.

I got the WRONG ITEM.

I received the wrong item from what was advertised, was promised a remedy and nothing became of it. Very disappointed in Target and how they handled the situation.
