I waited over 2 weeks to receive this item and when I did it was a hello kitty advent calendar target can’t do anything about it and said the company it was shipped from would email me about the issue. This is a scam and I trusted buying from the Target app. Very disappointed my son will not have his Christmas gift

I ended up receiving a hello kitty advent calendar instead of the Pokémon paradox rift booster box I ordered. Contacted customer support and they have opened up a case and advised to wait a few days for an email without a guaranteed resolution to this problem. It’s ridiculous

I ordered this item with plenty of time to get here for my sons birthday but it took them forever to ship because they needed to make sure “the item was is stock.” Finally arrived 2 weeks after I placed my order and after my son’s birthday only it was a completely different item. Called customer service. They will investigate but will not offer me a refund or a replacement. Now I’m out his Christmas present and have to go out 6 days before Christmas and try to find it. Customer service rep issued a reference number and told me to use to follow up on the results of their investigation. Was offered a $15 gift card for the inconvenience. Not cool. Worst experience with Target. Ever.
