Ordered a Greninja and a Kindgra and only received the Greninja. Customer Service says to call back in two days. That's not what the Q/A says under FAQ. Lots of problems with these two items.

The shipping was pretty bad it. The box came all dented and damaged one of 5 packs included which I’m not happy with. At least the other packs weren’t damaged

Ordered two boxes and they were completely destroyed. No packing material whatsoever and the tape was ripped open. Still awaiting any response from target on a resolution. Incredibly frustrating. Will never be ordered online from them again.

Box damaged on arrival, sadly target policy doesn't allow swaps or replacements. Like why ship a collectible item in a box it barely fits in. My box was man handled like they didn't care.

Don't have it shipped. It showed up with the shipping box smashed in and the box inside damaged. Since there are technically no returns, we are waiting on a specialist to call us back. This so isn't worth it.

Fair, the shipping is unfair and out of your control. However, there are no guaranteed “pull rates” every pack has the same thing with 7 regulars, 2 reverse holos, and 1 holo. That’s the guaranteed minimum. So, for those that expect more and are dissatisfied with less, just buy the promos / singles. People need to remember that nothing is guaranteed.

Packaging and lack of customer support were unreal this time around. Refer to my pictures. My items came in an unacceptable fashion. Absolutely destroyed. I reached out to customer service and they essentially advised me there is nothing they can do. Couldn't even provide me an exchange for the damaged product. Do not buy Pokemon or apparently any trading cards from Target online.

This is my second time preordering PKMN TCG products from Target online and the second time it was shoved into a box it didn't fit in and bent beyond damaged in shipping. Unless you want damaged product, buy the product in store. I won't be preordering TCG through Target again after customer service refused to replace the damaged product.
