Q: Where is the sound for this camera? We cannot seem to figure out how to play back the sound once we record.

From what it seems, you can hear the audio once it's transferred to a computer. Q: does this camera need to be conected to wifi and/or a phone to work???
A: Hi there, thank you for reaching out. This camera does not require a phone or an internet connection to function. You can take pictures and videos directly and store them on a micro SD card. (Not included). You can connect to WIFI to use the Polaroid app for added functionality. Q: Can you take snorkeling?

A: No it does not. The quality of this camera is not worth the price in my opinion. Very shaky video.
